Garment Equipments
Automatic Crock Meter
Purpose:
To find out ‘colour fastness to rubbing’ of any kind of fabric /yarn/ garments.
Can used as per both ISO and AATCC standards
Features :
Automatic rotations are made with the help of electric motor to avoid human errors.
All components are made with mild steel and chrome plated for long life and trouble-free operations
Test specimen is made to rub against standard adjacent fabric under standard test conditions.
DURO WASH
Purpose:
Used for repeating washing/ colour fastness tests or specific garment or fabric print durability tests, pleat retention, waddings and quilted waddings
Features :
The Durawash simulates the conditions necessary to meet leading chain stores standard garment and fabric durability tests.
The process control systems provide excellent accuracy and repeatability.
Gray Scale
Purpose:
In Testing Lab all samples are to be first conditioned in controlled temperature & humidity conditions for specified time before testing, lab conditioning rack meets this purpose.
Hot Air Oven
Purpose:
Actual colour of fabric can be compared with original specimen under different standard.
Features :
This is an important equipment of textile industry and is suitable for almost all applications that require colour consistency and quality.
Colour matching cabinet is the equipment designed for the visual evaluation of shade and colour differences under standardized and controlled lighting conditions.
It is ergonomically designed and consist of light source like D65, TL84, INCA, UV, CWF.
Ph Meter
Purpose:
Comes in ISO standard (from S.D.C UK) and American standard from AATCC – USA.
Helps grading the tested specimen after conducting the rubbing test (grey scale for staining) and wash fastness test (grey scale for colour change).
Also used for colour matching with original specimen (grey scale for colour change ).
Ph shaker
Application:
Used to assess colour fastness of textile fabric against perspiration or colour fastness against water/ sea water/ artificial sweat.
Feature:
Achieved by exposing specimen samples to action of both Alkaline and acidic reagents.
Two separate units one for alkaline and other for acidic conditions provided at extra costs.
For AATCC 3.63 kg dead weight or for ISO 4.09 kg dead weight is provided.
